Everyone looks their best at a wedding. Now they get the portrait to prove it.

Photo booths are fun, but the pictures rarely leave the phone. The Portrait Experience is a styled portrait corner with professional lighting and a soft ivory backdrop. I guide each guest, couple or family through a few relaxed poses, and they leave with portraits worth framing.

With on-site printing, each guest leaves with their portrait in hand: the wedding favor they’ll actually keep. And you get a beautiful portrait of every person who came to celebrate, all in one bright, timeless style.

  • We bring everything. Backdrop, lighting, printer and an assistant, set up and packed away without fuss.
  • Your venue provides. A spot about 10 by 12 feet, a power outlet and a small table to display the prints.

How it works

Effortless on the day

    During cocktail hour, guests step in for a short, guided session. Singles, couples, families and friends. No props, no long lines.

  2. Print

    With Signature and Luxe, portraits are lightly retouched and printed on site, quietly, while the celebration carries on.

  3. Display

    Prints are clipped to a styled grid wall at the reception for guests to discover.

  4. Gift

    Guests take their portrait home in a matte brown envelope, and everyone receives the full online gallery within two weeks.

With Signature and Luxe, every print is clipped to a styled grid wall as the celebration goes on. Guests find their portrait, take it down, and slip it into a matte brown envelope sealed with our mark, ready to take home.

Questions

Does this replace our wedding photographer?

No. It runs alongside your photographer, so they can focus on your story while every guest gets their own portrait.

How many guests can you photograph?

Most guests take just a few minutes, so the two-hour session comfortably covers most celebrations. For larger weddings, get in touch about adding time.

How much space do you need?

A spot about 10 by 12 feet, on a lawn, a patio or indoors, near a power outlet. We bring everything else.

Can it replace our wedding favors?

Yes. With Signature or Luxe, every guest takes home a printed portrait, a far more personal favor.

How do guests get their photos?

With Signature and Luxe, prints are clipped to the portrait wall at the reception, and guests take theirs home that night in a brown envelope. Everyone also receives a private online gallery within two weeks.

Is it different from a photo booth?

Yes. A booth is self-serve snapshots. This is a guided session with professional lighting, posing and editing, so guests get real portraits.

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due one week before the event.
