Photo booths are fun, but the pictures rarely leave the phone. The Portrait Lounge is a styled portrait corner with professional lighting and a soft ivory backdrop. I guide each guest, couple or family through a few relaxed poses, and they leave with portraits worth framing.
With on-site printing, each guest leaves with their portrait in hand: the wedding favor they’ll actually keep. And you get a beautiful portrait of every person who came to celebrate, all in one bright, timeless style.

How it works
A portrait, a secret, and a reveal
We shoot
During cocktail hour, guests step into the lounge for a short, guided session. Alone, as a couple, with friends or with family, each one is lit and directed so they look and feel their best.
We print, quietly
While the evening carries on, we choose the best frame of every guest and print it on site. It all happens out of sight, so nobody knows what’s coming.
We reveal
Later in the reception, the finished portraits appear together on the portrait wall. Guests gather, search for their own and laugh at everyone else’s. It becomes one of the moments of the night.
We gift
Each guest takes their portrait home in a sealed envelope, a favor made at your wedding that they’ll actually frame. You receive the full gallery within two weeks.

Questions
Will it pull guests away from the celebration?
Not at all. We photograph during cocktail hour, when guests are already mingling, and each portrait takes just a few minutes. It becomes part of the fun rather than a break from it.
Does this replace our wedding photographer?

How many guests can you photograph?
Most guests take just a few minutes, so the two-hour session comfortably covers most celebrations. For larger weddings, get in touch about adding time.
How much space do you need?
A spot about 10 by 12 feet, on a lawn, a patio or indoors, near a power outlet. We bring everything else.
Can it replace our wedding favors?
Yes. With Signature or Luxe, every guest takes home a printed portrait, a far more personal favor.
How do guests get their photos?
With Signature and Luxe, prints are made out of sight and revealed on the portrait wall later in the reception, and guests take theirs home that night in a brown envelope. Everyone also receives a private online gallery within two weeks.
Is it different from a photo booth?
Yes. A booth is self-serve snapshots. This is a guided session with professional lighting, posing and editing, so guests get real portraits.
How do I reserve my date?
A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the balance due one week before the event.
